【New in.】【NoborderARTPROJECT】 循環素材の着物生地でロングベストのようなものをつくりました。着物の袖部分が無い状態だったのですが、その状態をはじめて見た時 何だかベストのみたいだな..と感じ、襟元を折り返したりポケットを付けてみたくなり手を加えてみました。フリルは透け感が素敵なハギレ生地をフリル状にミシン加工して縫い付けました。特にお気に入りなのはゴールドのポケット。ネクタイを解体してポケットをつくり 縫い付けました。解体したネクタイの生地の裏面を見てみると、なんととてもきらきらしたゴールドカラーがお目見えしました。個人的にはこの裏面の生地の色が素晴らしく素敵だなぁと思ったので、表裏両面が見えるように生地を配置してポケットをつくりました。どちらが表かどちらが裏か。”こうあるべき”的な捉え方から一度自由になってみると 案外みえてくる光景は広くて自由なのかもしれません。固定的な概念とか、当たり前は本当にこれからもずっと当たり前なのか？とか、時間に追われて考えたくない時もあるかもしれませんが、時にそよ風に揺れながら ひなたぼっこしながら考えにふけってみるのも人間ぽいなと思うのでした。 ○素材-綿 麻（フリル）シルク（ポケット）○着丈-73cm ○肩幅-37cm ○身幅-52cm ○お手入れ-ネットに入れて穏やか短時間モードで洗う。手洗いの場合は中性洗剤もしくはおしゃれ着洗い用の洗剤で優しくささっと押し洗いし脱水したのちカタチを整えてから陰干しすることをおすすめします。 [New in.] [NoborderARTPROJECT] I created something resembling a long vest using recycled kimono fabric. The kimono had no sleeves, and when I first saw it, I thought it looked a bit like a vest. So I decided to add some tweaks, like folding the collar and adding pockets. I used sheer scraps of fabric to create the ruffles, which I machine-sewed into a frilly shape. My favorite part is the gold pocket. I disassembled a tie to create the pocket and sewed it on. Looking at the back of the disassembled tie, I was surprised to see a sparkling gold color. I personally thought the color of the back was amazing, so I arranged the fabric so that both sides were visible and created the pocket. Which is the front and which is the back? Freeing yourself from the idea that things "should" be a certain way might reveal a broader and more free perspective. Are fixed concepts and common sense really going to continue to be common sense forever? There may be times when you don't want to think about it because you're pressed for time, but I think it's very human to bask in the sun and get lost in thought while swaying in the breeze. It was made of a soft, flowing linen fabric. Since the neckline showed some signs of wear, I added a ruffle. The ruffle was made by pinching scraps of fabric and sewing them with a sewing machine. It was a simple process, but that simple process resulted in a completely unexpected and cute shape. Every time I make something, I end up with a fair amount of fabric scraps, and I want to use up as many of these lovely pieces as possible. This project made me realize that scrap ruffles could be a great way to do that. 【Re:bornPROJECT】 セカンドハンド（中古）のTシャツをメンディングしました。少しタイトなサイズ感だったこともあり今回は思い切ってタンクトップへ手を加えてみたくなりました。製作に使用したロックミシンは近所のレンタル工房さんにおじゃましてお借りしました。（Mさん ありがとうございます！）いたるところがくねくねしているタンクトップ。なぜ？くねくね？と思う方もいるかもしれませんね。くねくねの理由..それは..してみたかったからです。くねくねさせてみたかった..。直線ではない縫い線が何だか自分っぽい気がしてチャレンジしてみたくなりました。 [Re:bornPROJECT] I mended a secondhand T-shirt. 【NoborderARTPROJECT】 点描のようなイラスト刺繍がちりばめられた、ちょっと肉厚な綿ワイドパンツ作品。つくし作業所（刈谷市井ケ谷町）の作家さんによる手刺繍表現です。左脚下部分に少し生地破れがあったので猪目マークをくり抜きました。くり抜きは店主おおうらによるミシン加工です。つくし作業所のみなさんとお仕事をさせていただけるようになってから、自分の内面から何かふつふつぷくぷくと湧いてくるものを感じて、ある時に私自身も手を動かしてみたい！という気持ちが弾けて現在に至ります。つくし作業所のみなさんには人の暮らしに少なからず影響を及ぼす熱量というか不思議な作用があるんじゃないかと私は思ったりしています。これが、アートの作用のひとつ？でもあるのかな？と思ったり。 くり抜いた猪目マークには意味が有ります。良かったら、調べてみてください。 ○素材-綿○ウエスト-36cm ○股上-27cm ○股下-62cm ○裾幅-27cm ○セカンドハンド（中古）に手を加えた作品です。 ○お手入れ-刺繍部分のひっかかりに注意して裏返してからネットに入れて穏やか短時間モードで洗う。手洗いの場合は中性洗剤もしくはおしゃれ着洗い用の洗剤で優しくささっと手洗いし脱水したのちカタチを整えてから陰干しすることをおすすめします。 [NoborderARTPROJECT] These are slightly thick cotton wide-leg pants studded with pointillist-like embroidered illustrations. They're hand-embroidered by the artists at Tsukushi Workshop (Igaya-cho, Kariya City). There was a small tear in the fabric at the bottom of the left leg, so a boar's eye mark was carved out. The cutout was machine-sewn by the shop owner, Ooura. Since I began working with the Tsukushi Workshop, I've felt something bubbling up inside me, and at one point, I felt a sudden desire to try my hand at it! That feeling has continued to this day. I believe the Tsukushi Workshop members have a mysterious power, a kind of passion, that has a significant impact on people's lives. Perhaps this is one of the effects of art? I wonder. 【Re:bornPROJECT】セカンドハンド（中古）のタンクトップと循環素材のネクタイや布ハギレを使って不思議なタンクトップを製作しました。前も後ろもないのでお好きなように組合せて着てみてください。タンクトップって着続けていると肩や脇部分がくたくたになりがちですよね。今回は肩脇から上の部分をカットオフして筒状になった状態からネクタイをどんなふうに繋げるか、をとても考えました。ネクタイはなるべくネクタイだと分かるような状態で繋ぎ合わせたいなぁという小さなこだわりもありました。繋ぎ合わせていくうちに、好きな色・素材・形が密集されていき、製作しながらその密集スポットを眺めるのがとても楽しかったです。次回はネクタイのみを使ったre:bornにもチャレンジしてみたいです。 ○素材-綿・シルク ○身幅-34cm やや収縮性のある生地です。○肩紐-16cm ○お手入れ-デニム部分やネクタイから色が出る可能性があるので洗濯ネットに入れて短時間モードで優しく洗う。手洗いの場面は中性洗剤またはおしゃれ着用洗剤で優しく押し洗い後脱水し陰干し。長時間の浸け置き洗いはおすすめしません。 [Re:born PROJECT] I created a unique tank top using a secondhand tank top, ties made from recycled materials, and fabric scraps. It has no front or back, so you can mix and match however you like. Tank tops tend to get worn out around the shoulders and sides after constant wear. This time, I cut off the top from the shoulders and sides, leaving a tube-like shape, and I put a lot of thought into how to connect the tie. I also had a small preference for connecting the tie in a way that made it as recognizable as possible. As I connected the pieces, my favorite colors, materials, and shapes began to come together, and it was so much fun to watch the dense spots as I made it. 【New in.】【NoborderARTPROJECT】 セカンドハンド（中古）の夏向きニットをメンディングしました。五分袖だったニット。両袖部分にシミが付いていたので思い切ってカット。前後にあったほつれ箇所は、カットオフした袖部分の生地を使い上から縫い付けました。絵を描くように、黄色のミシン糸でくねくねの線を（縫い）描きました。今回はすべてミシン製作。ニットをつくりかえてみることを考える際、カットオフした後の生地端の処理をどうしよう？はじぶんのなかで大きな課題でした。今回はその課題に向き合いながら製作チャレンジ。業務用ミシンはもちろん持ち合わせていないので、母から引き継いだ家庭用のミシンの既存の縫い設定を使って、端の処理を試みました。手縫いが好きなじぶんにとっては、ミシンの音や高速で動く針の動きも何だか地に足がついていない感じはあるのですが、手縫いではやっぱり難しい端の処理ができたりすることは文明の利器って、、素晴らしいな..と感じた今回でした。つくりかえたい対象（素材）によって道具を使い分けることで表現や仕上がりの幅も変わる。そんなことを考える良い機会でした。ミシンの製作チャレンジは続く。 ○素材-レーヨン・コットン・アクリル・ナイロン ○肩幅-30cm ○着丈-39cm ○身幅-42cm ○お手入れ-ネットに入れて穏やか短時間モードで洗う。手洗いの場合は、中性洗剤もしくはおしゃれ着洗い用洗剤で優しく押し洗いしカタチを整えてから陰干しすることをおすすめします。 ○着用イメージは、Instagramに動画投稿しています。よろしければ覗いてみてください。

The shape of the scraps was cute, so I sewed it on as it was, and moved the needle without thinking too much, as if I was drawing a picture, and this is what I came up with. Looking closely, I also like the fact that it is not rectangular. A neat shape is nice, but I think that an irregular shape is also cute. How you use it is up to you. It would be fun to lay it on a table or picnic sheet, and it could also be used to wrap lunch boxes, books, or other things, and you could even make a bag or a dress from it. The neckline was wide, so I sewed on some hand-woven fabric scraps as if I was making a collar. The scraps I sewed on this time were from "mateini," a company with a workshop in Toyota City. They make Saori-woven fabric. When I had the opportunity to visit their workshop before, I was very impressed by the way the artist was weaving on an old-fashioned loom with great care and seriousness, as if expressing himself. The scraps were of various colors and shapes that were left over after making something. They were all beautiful and unique, like jewels. I wanted to make the most of their individuality, so I sewed them on without cutting them as much as possible. I listened to the song "Asian Dream Song" over and over while I was making it. I expressed the impressions I had received from my eyes and ears in my own way by moving the needle, and it was very interesting.

Usedの麻パンツを染め直して手刺繍しました。ある日のこと。リサイクルショップで生成色の麻素材のパンツに出会いました。そのパンツにはシミやほつれは見受けられなかったのですが、白や生成色の綿や麻の生地を見つけてしまうと、ついつい染めたい欲が発動してしまい、、、今回は、好奇心で、染め直しをしました。染めの方法は、煮染めです。どんぐりを砕いて殻と実と一緒に染めました。染色の面白さは、一期一会なところ。その時その植物（素材）にしか生まれない色があるところだと思います。ただ、煮染めをして感じることは、煮るためにはガスや電気を使うことになり、その供給元を辿ると有限資源を使っていたり環境に負荷をかけながら供給されている場合が多いことです。（そうではない場合もありますが）地球に対してもできる限り負荷をかけないかたちで染めることができたらなぁと考えたりしています。麻パンツのポケット部分には着物生地（循環素材）を用いて、生地の点々に沿ってハートのモチーフや鉛筆でスケッチするように刺繍をしてみたりしました。ボタンのデザインが素敵です。○ウエスト-約70cm※ウエストボタン仕様○裾幅-約25cm○股下-約63cm○素材-麻○裏地あり-やや透け感はありますがポケットがあることで目立ちにくくなっています。裏地素材-綿○色合いは徐々に変化します。その変化もお楽しみください。○お手入れはネットに入れ穏やかモードもしくは手洗いをおすすめします。▶Instagramも時折更新しています。お気軽に覗いてみてください。→ @ki_ssa_ko2022 I re-dyed and hand-embroidered a pair of used linen pants. One day, I came across a pair of off-white linen pants at a thrift store. There were no stains or fraying on the pants, but whenever I find white or off-white cotton or linen fabric, I can't help but want to dye them, so this time, I re-dyed them out of curiosity. The dyeing method was boiling dyeing. I crushed acorns and dyed them with the shells and nuts. The interesting thing about dyeing is that it's a one-of-a-kind experience. I think there are colors that can only be created by that plant (material) at that time. However, what I feel when boiling dyeing is that gas or electricity is used to boil them, and when you trace the source of the supply, it is often the case that they are supplied using finite resources or putting a strain on the environment. (Although there are cases where this is not the case) I think it would be nice to dye them in a way that puts as little strain on the earth as possible. I used kimono fabric (a recycled material) for the pockets of the linen pants, and embroidered heart motifs and pencil sketches along the dots of the fabric. Waist is about 64 cm. 循環素材の布生地を手染めして自由に刺し子しました。とても手触りの良い布生地で、おそらく絹だと思います。古布です。よく見てみると、ぽつぽつと穴や織り目がとんでいる箇所が点在していました。昨年の真夏、ふと思い立ち、畑で栽培していた蓼藍の生葉といただいた臭木の実をすり潰し混ぜて染めました。染め方は、太陽の光をかりる方法です。以前煮染めをした際に電力や火力を使わない方法で染めることができたなら .. という想いが芽生え、太陽染めにトライしてみたくなりました。灼熱の陽光にあてられた透明な保存瓶は、瞬く間に温かくなっていきました。太陽の存在は偉大ですね。絞り染めのように折り畳んでいた古布は極淡いよもぎ色に染まりました。一期一会の色合いです。小さな穴をほどよくカバーしながら、染まった色合いに紋様を足してみる感覚で自由に針を運びました。不規則な縫い紋様を見ていると、まるで根のような木々の枝葉のような、目を閉じながら歩く足跡のような不思議な紋様だなぁと感じます。針を置いて眺めていると、ただの古布な気もするし、ただの古布でもないような気もするし、、、なんだか不思議な古布が生まれました。お顔に巻いたり首元に巻いたり、肩に乗せたり、髪を結んでみたり、腰に巻いてみたり、、、とにかく自由に使っていただけたら嬉しいです。貝殻のようにも見えるボタンを1つ縫い付けました。反対側にあるループに引っ掛けるとボレロのように肩に乗せることもできる仕様です。長さ約90cm×幅約36cm 。キルトの色合いは徐々に変化します。その変化もお楽しみください。お手入れはネットに入れて穏やかモードもしくは手洗いをおすすめします。Instagramも時折更新しています。お気軽に覗いてみてください。→ @ki_ssa_ko2022 I hand-dyed a recycled fabric and sashiko-ed it freely. セカンドハンドの花柄シャツに自由に編んだ葉っぱを縫い付けました。理由は分かりませんが昔から花柄とか植物モチーフについつい惹かれがち。生きている植物も好きです。みなさんは「バイオフィリア」という概念。ご存知ですか？人間が自然や生命とつながりを求める本能的欲求がある、という概念で、自然と触れ合うことでストレスが軽くなったり健康向上、幸福感を得られる効果がある、というもの。わたしはこの概念を知った時、自分の中にも、たしかにそのような欲求が存在している！と気がつきました。そして、バイオフィリアは疑似的な自然や植物でも同じような効果が生まれるんだろうか .. ？疑似的な植物を身に纏うことによって何かしらの心理的効果があるのか。今回はそんな疑問と好奇心から製作してみた作品です。 ○素材-ポリエステル ○使用した毛糸-ウール100% ○サイズ-肩幅50cm 袖丈45cm 身幅57cm サイズは平置き採寸です。 ○Instagramもしています。 お気軽にお立ち寄りください。- @ki_ssa_ko2022 I sewed a leaf I had knitted on a second-hand floral shirt. I don't know why, but I've always been drawn to floral and plant motifs. I also like living plants. Do you know the concept of "biophilia"? It is a concept that humans have an instinctive desire to connect with nature and life, and that interacting with nature can reduce stress, improve health, and give you a sense of happiness. When I learned about this concept, I realized that I also had such a desire. And I wondered if the same effect could be achieved with simulated nature and plants. I wondered if there was some psychological effect by wearing simulated plants. This time, I created a piece based on such questions and curiosity.

わたしは、リサイクルショップを覗くのが好きです。今回製作の材となったモノはリサイクルショップで偶然出会ったサークルモチーフです。お店の方によると、以前編み物の先生をされていたおばあさまが日々のルーティンワークとして編んでいるものだとか。編み目や色合いまで、その方の”手”編みならではの風情を感じました。そして、この風情を活かした何かを創ってみたい .. ！という想いが芽生えました。今回の製作は、そんな経緯があります。サークルモチーフが持つ意味は、途切れることのない絆だったり、永遠の愛や繋がり、幸せを願って御守りのように身に付けられてきた歴史もあるようです。「願う」とか「祈り」とかって、我々人間固有の行為に思えるのはわたしだけでしょうか、、。目にはみえにくいそれは、我々の想いを、時に御守りのように抽象化し、時に可視化してくれることで心穏やかでいられることもあるかもしれない.. 。その御守りのようなそれらを、目には見えにくいそれらを、身に纏うことがあってもいいかもしれないなぁと考え、手縫いで製作をしました。今回製作した付け襟のようなネックレスのようなモノは、自由に角度を変えたりして装いという表現を楽しんでもらえたらうれしいです。Tシャツやジャケットコートの上に足すのも楽しそうですね。お手入れに関しては、ネットに入れて短時間モードで洗い、形を整えてから陰干しすることを推奨いたします。 I like to look around at thrift stores. The material I used this time was a circle motif that I came across by chance at a thrift store. According to the store owner, it was knitted by an old lady who used to be a knitting teacher as part of her daily routine. I felt the unique charm of her "hand" knitting in the stitches and colors. And I had the desire to create something that makes use of this charm. That's how this production came about. The meaning of the circle motif seems to be that it has a history of being worn as a talisman to wish for unbroken bonds, eternal love and connections, and happiness. Am I the only one who thinks that "wishing" and "prayer" are actions unique to us humans? It may be that our feelings, which are hard to see, can sometimes be abstracted like a talisman, and sometimes visualized, which can help us feel at peace. I thought it might be nice to wear these talismans, these invisible things, and I hand-sewed them. I hope that you will enjoy expressing your outfit by freely changing the angle of the detachable collar-like necklace that I made this time. 包んだり巻いたり敷いたりできるような多目的な布を製作しました。不思議な紋様は、以前製作に使用した際に生まれた各種の布ハギレの形を活かし縫い付けています。丸い形の紋様は、解体したTシャツからヨーヨーキルトをつくるためにカットしていた布を使用しました。サイズは約68cm×70cm。手を動かしながら感じたことは、わたしは色・素材・形とか紋様が好きなんだなぁということ。実際に手（身体）を動かしてみると気付くことはたくさんありますね。今回製作した布は、お弁当や野菜や本などを包んだり、芝生やテーブルの上に敷いたり、三角形にして顔や首元に巻いてみたりもできそうです。どなたかの製作の材料として使用してもらうのもうれしいです。皆さんの暮らし方に合わせて、楽しく使ってもらえたらいいなぁと思っています。 I made a multipurpose cloth that can be used for wrapping, rolling, and laying. あずま袋にじゆうに刺し子をしました。こちらのあずま袋は、近隣の福祉事業所のみなさんと一緒に製作したもので、事業所の方々によってミシンで縫製されています。袋に使用した布は、取り残されていた（おそらく）着物の生地です。あずま袋の良いところは、使わないときは折りたたんで小さくなること。わたし自身も普段はリュックにあずま袋を忍ばせて図書館で借りた本を入れたり、スーパーで購入した野菜を入れたり、マグカップを包んだり、お弁当を入れたり、多目的に使用しています。出先でお弁当を広げたいときは、たたんだあずま袋を足の上に敷いてランチョンマットのように使うこともしばしば。汚れたときは洗濯ネットに入れてさっと洗っています。きっとカゴバッグの内袋として使われる方もいますね。今回は、生地の紋様をなぞるように刺し子をしてみたくなりました。みっちり刺し子をせずに余白を残したのは、袋を使われる方が、使われる過程で、さらにじゆうに刺し足してもらえたらいいなぁ〜と思ったからです。楽しみながら手を加えることで、育てるように愛でながら永く使ってもらえたら、とてもうれしいです。袋を畳んだ時のサイズ約35cm×35cm正方形（さらにたたむと約17cm正方形）。 I sashikoed the Azuma bag with Juyu. The fabric used for the bag is (probably) kimono fabric that was left behind. The good thing about the Azuma bag is that it can be folded up and made small when not in use. I myself usually carry an Azuma bag in my backpack to put books borrowed from the library, vegetables purchased at the supermarket, wrap mugs, put lunch boxes in it, and use it for various purposes. When I want to spread out my lunch box while I'm out, I often use the folded Azuma bag by placing it on my feet as a placemat. When it gets dirty, I put it in a laundry net and wash it quickly. I'm sure some people use it as an inner bag for a basket bag. This time, I wanted to try sashikoing the fabric by tracing the pattern. I didn't sashiko it tightly, but left some space because I thought it would be nice if the person who uses the bag could add more Juyu as they use it. It would make me very happy if you could use it for a long time, enjoying making adjustments to it and cherishing it as if it were growing. あずま袋に自由に刺し子をしました。こちらのあずま袋は、近隣の福祉事業所のみなさんと一緒に製作したもので、事業所の方々によってミシンで縫製されています。袋に使用した布は、取り残されていたセカンドハンド生地です。あずま袋の良いところは、使わないときは折りたたんで小さくなること。わたし自身も普段はリュックにあずま袋を忍ばせて図書館で借りた本を入れたり、スーパーで購入した野菜を入れたり、マグカップを包んだり、お弁当を入れたり、多目的に使用しています。今回は袋の無地部分に波をイメージして刺し子をしてみたくなりました。波の紋様は、水や風や心の様子を表現しています。暮らしていると、悩んだり葛藤したり、さまざまな感情がうねるようにぐねぐねと波打つこともありますが、そんな時、ふと一歩引いて、その状態をみてみると、その状態そのものが実は尊いんだなぁと思うことがあります。不思議ですね。みっちり刺し子をせずに余白を残しました。袋を使っていく過程で、使ってくださる方が自由に刺し足して手を加えることを楽しみ、育てるように永く使ってもらえたらいいなぁ〜と思っています。サイズ約35cm×約35cm I sashikoed the Azuma bag freely.
