セカンドハンド（中古）のTシャツをメンディングしました。麻素材のとろんとした生地のTシャツ。首周りに少しの使用感があったのでフリルを縫い付けました。フリルは布のハギレをつまみながらミシンで縫ってつくったもの。ただひたすらにつまんで縫っただけなんですが、そのひと手間で全く予期せぬ可愛いカタチに出会えました。製作のたびごとに少なからず何かしらの布のハギレが出てしまう現状があるのですが、できるかぎりその可愛いハギレ達も余すことなく使い切りたい。と思っています。そのひとつのアイデアとしてハギレフリルは妙案かもしれない..と今回製作をしながら感じていました。ハギレフリルづくりは今後もつづきそうです。
○素材-麻（Tシャツ）綿（フリル）
○着丈-50cm ○身幅-52cm ○袖丈-30cm
○お手入れ-ネットに入れて穏やか短時間モードで洗う。手洗いの場合は中性洗剤もしくはおしゃれ着洗い用の洗剤で優しくささっと押し洗いし脱水したのちカタチを整えてから陰干しすることをおすすめします。

I mended a secondhand (used) T-shirt. It was made of a soft, flowing linen fabric. Since the neckline showed some signs of wear, I added a ruffle. The ruffle was made by pinching scraps of fabric and sewing them with a sewing machine. It was a simple process, but that simple process resulted in a completely unexpected and cute shape. Every time I make something, I end up with a fair amount of fabric scraps, and I want to use up as many of these lovely pieces as possible. This project made me realize that scrap ruffles could be a great way to do that. I think I'll continue making scrap ruffles in the future.
